Never Meant to Stay Still
I think of smoke as a form that is always changing. It moves, breaks apart and becomes something new. That idea is at the centre of this abstract tattoo composition, Never Meant to Stay Still.
The composition explores transformation through movement. Its meaning comes from accepting that our shape, our path and our identity can continue to evolve through experience.
I use abstract forms to hold that thought without making it a literal illustration. The movement becomes the story, leaving space for a personal interpretation.
This is an artist note about the intention behind the piece. The changes that inspire it do not need to be explained in detail to remain meaningful.

The changing forms share the energy of brushstroke tattoo art, where a sweeping mark can make a still composition feel in motion.
